Accessibility at Night and Day
At Night and Day we are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all our attendees. In the section below you will find details of the accessible facilities available at the festival, as well as information about attending as an accessibility customer.
Please register in advance by submiting the form below.
If you are a registered carer with a valid Carer ID. We will provide you with a free ticket, as well as accessible parking and camping if required. You will need to buy a standard festival ticket for all other members of your group including the person you are caring for. Please fill in the relevant sections on the registration form.

Information
If you will be attending Night and Day and require Disabled Access, please purchase a festival ticket before you register. Once you have your ticket complete our registration form detailing your access requirements and validate your request with supporting documentation
The evidence that we accept for Disabled Access applications are as follows;
- Disability Allowance
- D/deaf or Blind Registration
- Blue Badge
- Letter from a medical professional – detailing the requirements due to a disability
Access parking is available to Blue Badge or equivalent holders
Our shuttle bus service is wheelchair accessible
Ground Viewing Area
A dedicated ground viewing area is available in front of at all our stages and they are separated from the main crowds by a barrier. Customers may be accompanied in the ground level viewing area by a companion. The areas are operated on a first come first served basis.
Accessible Toilets
Wheelchair accessible and standard toilets for accessibility customers are located in the main festival the arena and the festival campsite They are available to all accessibility customers.
Accessible Camping Area
There is a dedicated area in the campsite for accessible camping close to the following facilities:
- Wheelchair accessible and standard unisex toilets
- Wheelchair accessible and standard unisex showers.
- Accessible routes
- Charging facilities for wheelchairs and medical equipment.
- Accessible sink and drinking water points
- Kettle and hot water
- Secure cold fridge to store medication.
Assistance dogs are allowed
Please Note
- Pets are not allowed and will be turned away.
- To be recognized as a service dog, a dog must be fully trained and registered with a recognized organization like Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind.
- Service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered.
- Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
- All animals should have legally required vaccinations (which may need to be verified).
If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair or other medical equipment, you may do so in the camp site reception centre. Please bring all cords and accessories needed to charge your devices.
GROUND CONDITIONS / WEATHER
Night and Day is an outdoor event. It is important to be aware that during inclement weather, some parts of the site may be muddy, water-logged, or dusty and may be difficult to navigate around.
EFFECT LIGHTING
Smoke machines, strobe lights, lasers, fireworks, and other effects may be in use at this event. Anyone affected by these should bear this in mind.
MEDICAL AND WELFARE
Paramedics, first aiders, and fully equipped ambulances are based at the medical centre.
SECURITY AND STEWARDS
In the unlikely event of an emergency or site evacuation, Security and Stewards are deployed throughout the festival.
They are briefed to offer information, help and support.
If you are unwell or require assistances, please approach a member of the Security and Stewarding Team.
Security and stewards will assist in moving everybody to a place of safety.
